Sounds like you have a bit of anxiety. Happened to me when i was younger.. I thought I couldnt breath but I learned to relax and trained my mind to overcome this. Some call it panic attacks.. Are you worried about Life etc ??

I do sympathise with you.I know how you are feeling.
It started with depression when i had my daughter 3 years ago, and when it got worse i got anxiety.
I have suffered with anxiety for 3 years now i.e chest pain, difficulty in breathing, fast and irregular pulse, sweating, fairly high blood pressure than normal due to anxiety.
My gp gave me 1 tablet per day, and is known as a beta-blocker.I feel so much better now, but i still need to take it.
The reason you cant breathe after you eat, is because your body is not settled enough to digest it.My depression has gone now.
Please see your gp!!!!!!!

it sounds like an anxiety disorder, but ask a doctor to be sure. you can take meds for it. or you really have breathing problems, which also requires consulting a doctor.

Sounds like it could be a panic attack. But you might want to go to the doctor - having it effect your eating doesn't sound right.
Good luck.

It's probably due to the fact that you don't eat.

Take a breath in for the count of three, then exhale for the count of six, slowly.
