you don't mention a fever, so I suspect you are dealing with a virus. But it would be a good idea to make sure your teeth are not infected, a general aching of the jaw is common with viral infections, but if your teeth are actually hurting, should have them checked.
Otherwise, treat it like a cold.

Just like the RN said. Try a hot , steamy shower. Time will basically heal you...the shower might help open up those sinuses...cough up some junk...just plain feel better.

Go to the Dentist. You can have the symptoms you describe if your teeth need attention !!!! Go to the Doctor anyhow !!!!!!!!!!!!!
