When looking at the ingreadiants of a hair dye, how do you know if it contains the irritant PPD?

What does it stand for and what is uaually writen on products to indicate that the product contains this?

its synthetic hair die, and it can mess up your skin badly. its a severe reaction to hair dye following sensitzation from a PPD tatoo. so its like an allergic reaction to your skin. its a chemical that is widely used to permanet hair dye. which stands for Paraphenylenediamine

Don't know about the chemical, but the drink PPD is the "Purple Panty Dropper."
