Today I had
7 Am: 98% fat free wiener with a small roll of whole wheat bread
1PM: a banana and grapes
I'm in school from 8 to 6 and normally I dont really crave food, I think its because I'm always busy on something.
DO you guys think I should have a can of tuna for dinner, or will I gain weight if I eat some brown rice and grilled chicken??

you need to eat a well balanced meal, with all the food groups.

You need to eat more then that. I think you are basically starving yourself.
