there are 8 ounces in a cup, 2 cups in a pint and 4 pints in a quart.
so multiply them out.

Do the big G. WHere you draw a G for gallon inside the gallon there are 4 Q's for quart. inside each G are 2 P's. for pint. And each P has 2 C's inside for cup. then the big G (gallon) has 4 quarts 8 pints and 16 cups. ;)

There are 4 quarts in 1 gal...there are 128 oz in 1 gal...
There fore divide 128 oz by 4 to get the number of oz in one quart!

Now you do the 2nd by yourself. Good luck!
