i ve brown patch on my cheeck since last few years.i ve taken treatmant for melasma but there is no improv.?

now this pigmentation is gradually spreading all over the face.im using sunblock aswell.please help me to get rid of these pigmentations.

It's worth going to your doctor, who can potentially refer you to a dermatologist. If it is a spreading brown patch, it could be a lentigo maligna, but it's impossible to say online.

Try Porcelana Fade Cream. It will "bleach" the skin and make it lighter. My sister has vitiligo and she used it on the parts normally exposed, and now all of her skin is one color, it is very light and white, but it is all the same color. Hope this helps.
