There are some lovely parts in Nottingham, just avoid the rough bits. Take a look at West Bridgeford, thats very nice, but quite pricey

Moved up to Nottingham 6 years ago from London,absolutely love it.Great to be out of the rat race, everywhere has its dodgy areas like St Anne`s. But i would definitely recommend it.

I used to live in Nottingham - St Anns and Forest Fields are pretty rough, as is Sheldon. Lots of guns!

mapperly and mansfield areas try going out a bit more like bingham and places similar still easy to get to city centre
