He just stopped calling me one day with no explaination. We didnt fight or even argue. Infact the last time i talked to him he was packing his things and moving in with me. I have been looking for him but it seems that he fell right off the face of the earth. He is NO where to be found

hon, there really isn't such thing as closure. There c an't be.
You just learn to move on and start new and that pain will dissipate as time goes on.

There is no magic closeure thing to make this workable. Best to just accept the fact that someone you loved betrayed you...You will never make any sense of it because it is hard to understand let alone let go of. What you need is time and distance and you will heal.

Just be cautious to never give the guy another chance to do this again to you. And now you know better to not get involved with guys that you don't trust.

Sometimes "closure" is just not what you want to hear. I know from experience that when a relationship ends that you want to know "why." The reality is, it didn't work out. Whatever the reason behind the breakup, it didn't work out. The thing is, when you devote so much time to getting closure and finding out why, you prevent yourself from moving on because you're still fixed on him and the breakup. The best thing to do is to go out with friends, take up a new hobby, volunteer at your local food bank or pet shelter, and move on with life. It hurts, but there will be a day when you look back and realize the only "closure" you needed was to love yourself and be able to move on with your life, and that is the best feeling in the world.

Well, people often say to get back into the dating pool in order to forget him, but if your heart isn't up for that...then the best remedy is just time. For me its been over a year but for others it may take a shorter amount of time...it just depends on how fast you heal emotionally. I still think of him, but it hurts a lot less now than a few months ago. I didn't think I could ever get over him, but now I'm a lot more open to finding someone else and getting on with my life.
Its going to be hard but I know you can make it thru this.

You have to find some sort of closure within yourself. If you can't do that then find the dude and say what you need to say to him and move on.

It's not the mans job to give you "closure", all he should do is move on and leave you alone.

If you want "closure" come up with it yourself.

Life must go on. Find someone new and you will forget the creep.
