Temporarily you can try Tylenol P.M. with an additive to help you sleep. Long term you should ask your doctor. Have you had a fall or head injury lately. Getting to the root of the problem will help eliviate it after you get rid of the headache. Hope you feel better.

Yes i would try and see a different doctor,
Also try things like running a hot bath about an hour before bed, that will help relex you then you can sit down with a warm mug of hot milk. then take yourself of to bed.
Lavender is good for sleep so maybe get some smelling oils in the bedroom.
Dont leave them on when you go to bed

Have you tried anything stronger than the herbel remedies in your local shop?
Try getting hold of some sedative-hypnotics from either your GP or online pharmacies. But there maybe side effects, as those drugs are strong.
Or you could take melatonin tablets at a certain time to try and reset your body clock so in fututre your body will produce melatonin at that time without the tablets.
If all else fails, smoke lots of pot.
