Isn't the British Pound about 1 1/2 times stronger than the almighty American dollar? The population must have broke the 6.5 billion mark by now, maybe 6.66, or 6.7?, or is that another hush hush conspiracy?

Mabye it's a metric Billion, so if you use the temperature analogy of sort of multiplying by 2 and adding 32 to convert from Celsius to Farenheit, then it would be 13000000032. Just like a metric 6 pack would have 44 beers :)

I'm always wondering, since the English and American reject everything metric in all other cases, why you still use the decimal system for counting anyway. Why didn't you come up with something more bizarre like "dozen", "double-dozen", "handful", "umpteen" and so on ...
