anyone used a hoodia product and lost any weight and in how long and how much? i keep hearing how good it works but never believe any of those type of things that say u can lose easy and fast

Hoodia is meant to be a help more than a crutch for bad behavior. There's a bit of wanting to lose the weight that's involved as well. Hoodia will help, but only if you are using it along with a mindset that is saying "I'm going to lose this weight and stop eating more."

People that think that you'll just stop eating everything just because you've taken Hoodia are mistaken. It WILL help a great deal (the 100% Hoodia works best), but if you don't have the picture that you need to push the plate away, it will be just another diet fad for you.

I have tried hoodia and it didn't work for me. I bought it at walmart and health food stores. And neither place sold anything that helped me lose weight as far as hoodia is concerned!
