IM GOING TO SEE MY BOYFRIEND ON SATURDAY AFTER 2 MONTH OF NOT SEEING HIM,WHLILE HE WAS AWAY I PUT ON 5 POUNDS CAN YOU PLEASE HELP.I KNOW IT SOUNDS CRAZY BUT ATLEAST GIVE ME SOME ADVICE TO LOSE SOME WEIGHT CLOSE TO THAT

Water is the best thing to drink, no carbonated liquids. Carbonated liquids make me bloated so I do not drink it and if I do I split a can with my husband. If you are able to drink milk that is another good thing to drink. I drink 24 oz daily. My day starts out with 16 oz of 1% milk and the other milk I get is when I eat cereal. Then 2 cups of coffee and water. I have cereal 2 times daily and a normal dinner and I never eat until I'm full. It took me 2 weeks to loose 8 pounds doing what I described. Breakfast is what gets my metabolism activated. I also do yoga for half an hour before breakfast.

You are gonna have a hard time losing 5 in two days. The best way is to fast-just suck on ice. I have a 6 day diet plan that is used when you need to look your best and ripped for a special occasion or photo shoot-but you only have 2 days! Fasting is not healthy-you should consider losing the 5 and keeping it off-so you are not in this situation again. Good luck! Remember-it takes a deficit of 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat! Plus, unless it is all in your stomach or one area-I doubt that he will notice!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Try consuming simply anything in the course of lunch, approximately a million.5k energy or so, then exercise up to you'll. I attempted this and on the finish of the day I used to be sore however I wasn't even hungry and the next day to come I felt beautiful well.

Well, to be honest you should have started trying weeks ago!, but, my advice is to drink plenty of water, excercise, walk alot, eat only fruits and veggies for 2 days and pray. But , seriously, your boyfriend should appreciate you however you are, if he doesn't , then he's not worth it!
