i went to the doctors the other day for something...and my weight went up...i dont no whether its my muscle since ive been working out...because i dont feel like i got fatter......i look the same...and i still have the same energy.......did i gain weight or muscle??

sounds like muscle, how are your clothes fitting you?

I have heard you shouldn't go by a scale, but rather by how your clothes fit.

working out doesnt help you lose weight. you gain alot of weight when you eat too much of a certain kind of food. and im pretty sure you gain weight. its proboly normal to gain weight for men i think.

just keep working out i exercise everyday so i eat what i want and i just stay the same build :) betta than gettin fat like rik waller the fat bastard
