Neither Norton antivirus nor Eathlink protection center can detect it, only windows defender can, but although I press remove every time, it doesn't seem to delete it. I lost all my music and movies because of this stupid software, how do I get rid of it???

Try using AVG AnitVirus a free service provided by Grisoft. Bundle it with Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware and you should be able to remove it from your computer. All of these programs are available for free on the internet. Use Yahoo or Google search to find them.

if you have tried the add/remove programs and it is still there, do a search on your computer and make sure you select the option for all fies and system folders. when you get the results, manually delete them here. there should have been an uninstall link in the kazza folder. you probably didn't remove it properly and now you are having problems with what is left of the program. also get a registry cleaner such as ccleaner . anther program that will get rid of the spyware portion is spybot and also avg antispy works.

Start your computer in Safe Mode and uninstall it. To do that, restart your computer and immediately start pressing the F8 key rapidly until you get a menu. Choose Safe Mode. You will be prompted about running in Safe Mode. Choose Yes. There is enough functionality to remove the software. You might also find the files on the C drive and delete them while you are in Safe Mode.
