me and my boyfriend have been going out for awhile and i know that i really do love him. i am still a virgin, and my virginity does mean alot to me, but i think this is the guy i want to lose it to. i understand the consequences of sexual intercourse, but it feels like its time. do you think it is the right time?

NO! Wait till marriage.
This is how I feel about it ...
You should stay a virgin till you're married.
God intended it to be that way.
But many, MANY people abuse that.
And God looks down on those people.
You don't just give your virginity to just anybody.
It is the best present you can give your future husband.
It is you... it is all of you.
If you become pregnant, you can handle it better when you're married.
You'll have that person beside you who promised to always be by your side.
It won't be some random guy or some guy who you THOUGHT loved you.
Sex makes many things complicated in an unmarried relationship.
It takes two very mature people.
You do not want to get yourself lost in everything that comes with sex.
Most people nowadays tend to just BASE their relationship on sex.
I am a virgin myself. I have a boyfriend of over a year that I am completely in love with. We talk about marriage and how I want to wait till our wedding day to have sex. He truly does love me... he respects me. That's when you KNOW you have a great guy. That's when you KNOW he's in love with you... when he has absolutely no problem in waiting. Actions speak louder than words...
You never know if he is really the one you are going to spend the rest of your life with. You don't..... until the day you are married. Because ANYTHING can happen.... ANYTHING can split you two up. Trust me. ANYTHING can happen.

it's all up to you girl... if you really do feel like he is the one that you see yourself with in the long run then go for it. but only do it if he is ready for it also. he might change the way he sees you afterwards.. there really is no good advice for that. if your virginity means that much to you then hold on to it untill you know for sure 100% he is the one

DON'T DO IT!!! WAIT LONGER...you can still love the person without having sex. I think it shows the love even more when you don't do it...because then you know that it's true love
