Actually, you should drink water when you aren't thirsty. If you feel thirsty at all then it means you are dehydrated. It is best to drink water before feeling thirsty so that the body can constantly keep itself hydrated.

You are supposed to drink water before you get thirsty. Feeling thirst happens after your body is already in need of hydration. So, keep drinking water all of the time!

I usually drink water when I'm not thirsty so my body could keep hydrated.

Absolutely. Water helps many things in your body. I drink water all day long and am as healthy as can be. Drink more than what you think you need. A lot of people confuse hunger with dehydration. Water can help curb your appetite some.

Of course it's OK to drink water when you aren't thirsty. I mean, you
and you're body always needs water but if you drink tap then I would but if you drink water bottles I wouldn't because it would be wasting...It would if you drunk tap too but oh well. But to answer you're question, it would be OK. Hope this answers you're question! If not, then I'm sorry.

It's better to. If you wait until you physically feel thirsty, then you've already started entering the dehydration zone. Sip it periodically throughout the day, don't let yourself get thirsty.

LoooL.Sure its okay to drink water when you aren't thirsty.
What i know is that the human must drink 1 litre in a day .Its important so you can from now start drinking 1 liter of water everyday.
