Health dirt in its original identity means, quite literally " the gap behind your ears " Therefore it is wise to wash there as it can get a bit smelly. Hope this helps.

Excuse me... 'Health Dirt'?! If it's dirt, then it's dirt and it ain't healthy for the body. Wash it off.

If one does, the exposure to clean air may cause a chill, and to sunlight, a sunburn. Better to leave it in place on all exposed areas.
And those not exposed because clothing can cause rashes if worn against perfectly clean skin.
