If you are planning to get married in the near future, I would wait until that is done. Otherwise, you should visit your CPA/Attorney to get it set up. Once it is set up, some simple maintenance will make sure that you keep it current and legal.

The only waiting I would recommend is to ask around to see who others recommend. A good referral can sometimes create a discount for you as well.
