What I mean is which country/race do you fear the most to go up against in a War or the ones we already fought in the past that gave United States toughest challenge?

To some of you assume Iran is a challenge?! Why would you think that when they went toe to toe with Iraq for over 8 years. So they are just as equivalent as Iraq. In my opinion.

China has a trillion dollars in cash and still can fund its military 100% and devleop the industry. Imagine what kind of a loan you can get with 1 trillion in collateral??? USA will not last, first EMP strike will send USA back to 1800's and I don't think the fat americans will last working 16 hour shifts like they did in WW2 without air conditioning.

China would be the toughest fight for use. They have the strong numbers and good equipment. Iran would be no match for us. The Russian army would be a challenge but there military is in a rebuilding period right now. They have been poor for so long and not updated there military to match the United States Military.

I personally feel that all wars were bad, war is not a good thing and they have all been tough, if you are talking about percentages and such, World War II saw the Germans who were really close to ruling a majority of the world. I would have to say from this day back it was be Viet-Nam, Not only was that a completely different war than the US had been accustomed to fighting, but the loss of life, and the PTSD that came out of it, we are still feeling today. While Iraq is bad, we have learned *at least I hope* on proper ways to diffuse the time spent in country. Viet-Nam was 2 year stints, with out the same people, and it was lonely and depressing, Iraq are 1 year stints, with the same group of people throughout the time that you are there. For the Soldiers, and the military planners who were having serious issues finding and killing the enemy, Viet-Nam was the toughest.

Either Iran or China would have America see some real war time hardship. A war with either of them would make Iraq look like a weekend trip to the park.

I think a war with Russia would probably be hard on us, Britain would suck to go against but there is no threat with those two and us, China and North Korea could give us what for.

If we try to invade Iran, we will find out what a real war is all about. They will not be another Iraq.

well besides china due to the economic problems and power vacuum it will create, I would say a country with the military power of America would be a problem! such as England or Israel due to their military being like that of America they do have the ability to hit our home front. as for Iran please.......

Defenitely China. Iran would hardly give a good war. These guys are like madmen. They're run after you with swords if you have to. In the army, you need to be able to assess the situation. You don't wanna die. You wanna serve your country.

But China, they already have nuclear weapons, and that monkey **** *** commie dictator of theirs wouldn't mind using them.
