I know you can buy a star, but I'll sell you a planet for $300 if you want. It's called Neptune, but you can rename it 'Planet Go-Bots' if you want.

I've heard of a guy who sell's parcels on the moon, gives you a land deed and all, and people are buying them. so just proclaim yourself the owner of the planet you like, and get some land deed's, advertise and go for it, I'll bet you even make some money.

You may be able to buy a planetoid (Pluto's new name, I understand there are a number of them yet unnamed.)
And you can name a star (but not buy it).
But who would you buy a planet from?
I'd be suspicious of someone trying to sell you a planet.

Maybe when we've discovered a few more of them, and have ways of making sure you can defend your rightful claim. Until then, you may just have to settle with paying to have a star named after yourself.

Sure. Just find the current owner, and get them to fill out a bill of sale and transfer deed.
You can record it at your local interstellar clerks office.
