you want to stand out from all the other girls...smile, be fun and most of all act confident in the situation. Also, dont make it obvious talk to him give him eye contact but dont be all over him. in my experience, guys like a bit of a chase

Since guys are absolutely obvious in their admiration of women, if he hasn't noticed you by now, it ain't going to happen unless you walk in front of him naked. Men would ogle Roseanne Barr if she was naked. My advice is to move on.

Stand very close to him and touch him on the arm or shoulder. Speak to him in a soft voice and look directly into his eyes. He should get it.
