Yes, it is a bad habit of mine. It is unintentional and sometimes when I think about what I just did I can't even remember what they were talking to me about.

At least a few times a day. I just leave the room because they don't know how to just speak their point and be done with it.

yes, and after I relized what I did I felt like a total *****! I still do that sometimes but it's never on purpose I just never really pay attention.

yes and its because all they wanna do is talk stupid talk, in other words only talk about something foolish, i know its not nice but what else can you do.
