It seems like every time I shower, I lose like a bunch of hair (maybe a few dozen strands?). I'm getting really scared of washing(shampoo and conditioner) my hair, because everytime I brush it after it dries, so much hair comes out.
I don't want to be bald, help!

Sooooo normal. This happens to everyone. Hair recycles, falls out, grows back.

if you start seeing big clumps of hair fall out when you brush it, or if you find bald spots, go to the Dr.

Otherwise, no big deal. :)

That is actually normal. if u see any bald spots or really thin spots that werent there before...u should see a doctor. dont brush ur hair while its wet cuz thats when ur hair is the most fragile and the brush pulls on the strands yanking them out in its most fragile state. maybe use a soft brush if u have curly hair. i have REALLY curly hair and i HAVE to brush it while its wet or else i cant brush it at all. so i just condition it and leave the conditioner in and rinse it out the next timwe i take a shower and then i brush my hair like every 2 showers to prevent hair loss from brushing everyday instead. so maybe use a softer brush...or just brush it when its dry. like i said, the hair loss is normal.

Don't worry it is natural for the human to lose hair, especially head hair! A cat, dog or any other animal also looses hair as a part of the way their bodies work.

You have too use a good conditioner because that is the key to healthy hair and try not too wash it as often. I know that it is hard because I would love too wash my hair everyday however, I do not want too over do it.
