Could someone kindly suggest a university or college in Ontario with a respectable Photography programme?

I am a university student, enrolled in the International Studies programme, but would possibly like to extend my education by taking photography. I am torn between whether I should go to university again, or if I should go to college (I know that university will quite a bit more theoretical, and I do not think I am prepared for another 4 years of that). Regardless, any suggestion will be appreciated.
