I seem to trip on stairs for no apperent reason and end up hurting myself (nothing serious yet just some cuts and scratches). Is there any specific method for walking down stairs? Especially bleachers, those hurt when you fall down those.

just watch your step! look at your feet! and go slowly too... that's funny though how clumsy can you be. i almost fell too but when i go down those stairs i always look at my feet now! it only happened once though.....

Dont climb them...
Move slowly and cautiosly...Thats my advice.
Its not really an art, to "climb stairs."

yes move one foot up, forward, and put it down and then repeat with the other foot
