I've heard that VITAMINE-E OIL is supposed to work pretty good on old/new scars/marks.
What brand is good?
Where can I find it?
Does Wal*Mart have it?
Is it in the body lotion section or so?
Does it really work on scars?

WalMart has it, as do other pharmacies. All brands are the same...its oil. It could be in skin care, but may also be in the vitamin aisle. It works.

Yes, you can buy it in a small bottle (about fingernail polish-sized). It's easier to find in the capsules and there is no difference between using it from the bottle and breaking open a capsule.

Wal-Mart, GNC, Walgreens, CVS, health food stores, etc.

If you cant find any you can also empty it out of the vitamin E liquid filled capsules. just poke a hole in them and squeeze the oil out. I've done it before, it works
