INRI is an abbreviation of the Latin phrase IESVS NAZARENVS REX IVDAEORVM, which translates to English as: "Jesus the Nazarene, the King of the Jews". It appears in the New Testament of the Christian Bible in the Gospels of Matthew (27:37), Mark (15:26); Luke (23:38), and John (19:19).
Many crucifixes and other depictions of the crucifixion include a stylized plaque or parchment, called a titulus or title, bearing the letters INRI, occasionally carved directly into the cross, and usually just above the figure of Jesus.

this is going to sound like a action picture although that's authentic to the middle: Jesus wasn't crucified nor substitute into he killed previously have faith it or not the time will come and additionally you shall see :) no offence to the different faith or mocking or any form of insult yet not kidding you truly will see. feels outstanding to declare the undeniable fact that no person accepts and while the time comes one and all dazes.

They didn't use 'J', instead using 'I', and so INRI is just a modern abreviation of Jesus of Nazareth King (rex in Latin) of the Jews.

Even though Pilate, the governor was trying to help Jesus as he could find no wrong in him, he asked him if it was true that he was the king of the Jews.
Jesus replied: "you yourself said it".
He could not deny the truth of it and Pilate finally washed his hands and said: "I am innocent of the blood of this man.
You yourselves must see to it. At that, all the people said in answer:
"His blood come upon us and upon our children."
Then he released Barabbas to them, but he had Jesus whipped and handed him over to be impaled.
Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the governor's palace and gathered the whole body of troops together to him.
And disrobing him, they draped him with a scarlet cloak, and they braided a crown out of thorns and put it on his head and a reed in his right hand.
And kneeling before him, they made fun of him, saying:
"Good day, you King of the Jews!"
And they spit upon him and took the reed and began hitting him upon his head.
Finally, when they had mad fun of him, they took the cloak off and put his outer garments upon him and led him off for impalling.
As they were going out they found a native of Cyrene named Simon.
This man they impressed into service to lift up his torture stake.
And when they came to a place called Golgotha, that is tho say, Skull Place, they gave him wine mixed with gall to drink; but, after tasting it, he refused to drink.
When they had impaled him they distributed his outer garments by casting lots, and, as they sat, they watched over him there.
Also, they posted above his head the charge agianst him, in writing: "This is Jesus the King of the Jews."

You mean INRI? I believe it meant "king of the jews" or something similar.... It was meant to ridicule him.
I may not follow religion, but i do remember some things from the catholic confirmation classes my mother made me go to when i was younger. LOL
