Help a friend confused about whether to follow his heart with a girl in another country thousands of miles away, but has the opportunity to live and see her this summer.
Or stay with someone he can trust right here?

he should definately go and see her. he doesnt know that she cant be trusted until he has the chance to meet her, and resolve his feelings for her.

I would say stay here with someone you can trust don't go to a girl that's thousands of miles away what are the chances of seeing that person and getting to know them far away relationships don't last that long I had a far away relationship and it didn't last very long cause we didn't have time for one another my advice is stay here and find someone and be happy good luck!!

How can he know his heart with someone thousands of miles away? Unless they've already had a long relationship here and she just moved and wants him to follow, this is just immaturity.

If you love this girl than go for it. But you cant have both of them as you probably already know. Following your heart is always the right way. People may get hurt but its always an honest feeling. Go for it and I hope that everything happens good for you. Good Luck!

Long distance relationships: Do. Not. Work.
One party is ALWAYS going to cheat sooner or later. Its easy to say "I'll be faithful." but when you have someone you can actually go out with and someone you can hold, its a whole other story.
Stay where you're at, let the girl in a foreign country go.

No matter what he does, he needs to break up with the one he can't trust. No trust, equals misery! He shouldn't be afraid of not having either, cause that's what it sounds like he is. I'd go with the one I trust or think I can trust, everytime!
