what kind of spices or sauce do you think would be good on the BBQed chicken breasts?

When I was reading what you were having the first thing that came to mind was a nice grilled bbq chicken. Sweet baby rays is a nice brand of bbq sauce too. Or of course you could make your own.
Also, a honey mustard glazed chicken would be nice here too. Just mix some honey, spicy mustard w/ the course grounds and salt and pepper. Glaze the chicken as it cooks =]

Get four pieces of chicken out, a pan, and 4 cups of bbq sauce.
On medium heat, with pan on cooking area, put your bbq sauce in there, let it get warm a little.
Place the four pieces of chicken in the pan with the sauce.
Let cook for 25 to 30 minutes, or until chicken is all the way white through and through. Or doesnt have any pink areas in it as well.
Get off pan, and put on plate.
Enjoy.
If you want some more, just do the recipe again with the same ingredients, and as per how many chicken that your guests can eat.

I BBQ after marinating my chicken in Italian dressing.. I'm not a big fan of salting foods etc..

Wrap in tin foil with a slice of pineapple and a squeeze of lemon juice, throw it on the BBQ.

buy montreal chicken rub, rub on chicken then put in fridge for at least 30 minutes then grill......yumm
