because this guy at school flirts with me and i wanna know if he likes me and everytime i do try to ask him he says he can't tell me.

will sometime it means if a guy flirts with you yeah he likes you and he wants to hit that if you know hat i mean, if a guy dose just get to know him and show how you really feel about that person before it's to late for you.
