Hebrews 7:26
Such a high priest meets our need—one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens.

Hebrews 8:3
Every high priest is appointed to offer both gifts and sacrifices, and so it was necessary for this one also to have something to offer.

Do you know what this ONE high priest offered?

Jesus is our 'high priest' who offered his life for our sins. His father, God the Father was Melchizadek (see description in Hebrews 7:3) whom was priest of the most high God (Gen. 14:20).

The One after the order of Melchizedek? Priest and King? The only Mediator between God and man? The Alpha and Omega? The Bright and Morning Star? Wait... I think I know. ;)
