Retaining water is caused by a sodium-potassium imbalance. You are supposed to eat twice as much potassium in a day than you do sodium. Eat more fruits and veggies... take out processed salty foods and you'll lose the water weight. Keep drinking the water, its good for you.

Water is good for you, don't stop that. Cut back on things like soda pop and high sugar drinks. Also watch your sodium (salt) intake. That could cause you to retain water. It could also be that you are dehydrated. Warm, dry climate can also cause this.

No water is so good for ou. It doesnt retain itself, so it is probably your diet. Personally, I used to retain water because my salt intake was to high Maybe try switching to lower sodium foods. :)

no. if you drink a lot, your body will eventually realize it has enough and begin flushing it. if not, try dandelion tea or green tea and you pee it all out. just dont get dehydrated or your body will store more water than before.
