Religion costs money, beliefs are free.

Personally, I think that religion begins as a group of like-minded people. Then, in order to avoid philosophies they don't agree with they incorperate rules.

Rules require rulers, and rulers demand $$.

The bible and the koran have nothing in common, please don't lump them in the same category.
