I have found that the best & most affordable way to lose weight is to go biking everyday for about an hour or two! I lost 22 lbs & went from a size 10 to a 2 last summer ,Im up to a size 6 again but Im counting down the days to biking! Try it I think you will be happy with the results. Of course you still have to watch what you eat & drink lots of water

Drink lots of water. Bring your lunch to work. Clip coupons. If you have alot of markets in the area, check all the ads.Often grocery stores have "loss leaders" special sales that cost the stores money but are sold just to bring people into the store.
When looking at a produce standpoint, buy whats in season. If its not, try buying the fruits or vegetables in the frozen foods section, where they often cheaper, and they are packaged very quickly after being picked.
When there is a sale on meat, buy extra and freeze it. When I was a young girl and my mom had 4 kids to feed, she found a used freezer for 100 dollars. If you have a home and space for this, it saved us alot of money growing up as mom was able to freeze lots of extra meats etc when we were growing up.
Try to plan your meals and only go to the store once a week. Going out more means more chance to pick up an extra dessert, or other impulse items gum, candy etc.
If you hate a cold lunch and often eat out, consider taking a lean cuisine or other frozen meal for lunch. They are often on sale for 1.50-2.00 a piece. With a bottle of water and a piece of fruit, its much better than a standard burger and fries. Or, if you like to cook make a large lasagne, or other casserole and freeze and package individually. Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

GO JOGGING 30 MIN A DAY AND EAT HALF THE PORTION OF WHAT YOU NORMALLY EAT,LIFT WEIGHTS TO BURN FAT.AND NEVER EAT AFTER 6PM.DRINK PLENTY OF WATER
