i'm going to be a sophmore in high school next year and i am thinking about interior designing later in the future. What classes should i be most concerned with taking next year? Like, what should my main focus be towards. What electives should i look for?

im thinking of drafting technology and design as one elective...then maybe foundations(kind of an art class) as the other one...im going to take geometry next year anyways...i took algebra 2 this year and taking spanish 3..so i guess thats ok?

Calm yourself, grasshopper. You're still in high school. You've got plenty of time.
Take art classes obviously. Economics would be good to since you might want to be self-employed. Other than that, I wouldn't sweat it. Just get good grades and get a degree, and go from there.

Take art classes like Design 1 or Design 2. The most import class is Graphic design because today, people are doing almost everything on the computer. also graphic art is important. You should also do well in geometry.

This big ones are Math, Art and the biggest one is home ec, and talk to your teacher and tell her that is what you plan on doing in the future and I'm sure she can give you extra help or tips or other things to help you.Hope this helps

art classes are always good. depends what your particular school offers. if your school has many good programs i would talk to a guidance counselor and see what he/she thinks.

u have to take spanish or wat ever language u want (exept for english) and get avid for collage points.
