Besides not eating them anymore, how can I rid my body of them? Is a healthy diet and exercise enough? Is there a supplement I can take?

Jeremy, you made me laugh. Haven't we all! LOL

I don't think there's much you can do after the fact. Your cells are being replaced all the time. It's said that every cell in the human body has been changed over a 7 year period. We're basically a new person every seven years :-) Exercise encourages the body to create new cells more quickly. I'd say that eating healthy and exercising is the most you can do and I wouldn't worry about the past. Good luck.
