Tell her that you like her. If she likes you, and wants to go out then of course she will tell you. But when you tell her, don't do it in front of her friends or any other people at all. She'll just get embarrassed and deny it. I recommend a phone call, a note, or email. But if you do it by email, make sure she is online, and you two are talking for a while, before you tell her.

you don't get girls to "admit" it....i mean if she likes you and wants you to know..then she'll prolly tell u...or if u wanna know...then just simply ask her...she might say no...but don't try to trick her into telling you...that would just be mean.

just start talking to her one day, and then say something about it! shes JUST as nervous as you are.
if ur friends, then Ask her out
if you are not friends, then please start talking to her! and then if you feel sure that shell give you a shot, then ask her for a number and a date
