Between 98lb and 132lb depending on frame size and muscle mass.

That is irrelevant. I assume you want to know so you can compare yourself. Instead, get your body fat percentage checked and look it up on a chart. This will give you a more accurate measurement as to your overall fitness and will provide you a valid tool for developing fitness objectives.

The reason I say this is because total body weight when factored against your age, gender, and height will only give you a body mass index reading - a general range of weight that will either help or hurt your cardiovascular system.

If you don't take into consideration your somatotype, or more specifically your lean body mass (bone and muscle) and your body fat, you could be deceived. You can take several people of the same age, gender, height and weight and get widely different levels of appropriate fitness.

Get your body fat percentage checked. And go from there....

With our obesity epidemic here in the US I would say it isn't what it was 20 years ago. I guess that it depends on a lot of factors such as age, post or pre-menopausal, frame etc. Actually I would be interested in knowing myself I am in my mid twenties, am 5'3" and weight about 112.

105 pounds add 10 pounds for a large-framed woman, subtract 10 pounds for a small-framed woman. This is assuming the person is an adult.

age has a factor in it too......but if you are young then i would say around 100 to 112.bs

i think like anywhere from 90-120 pounds. it depends on age and bodytype.

105-115 something like that..... it depends on ur body type!
