i'm asking this guy to prom tomorrow and idk what to give him. it's kinda late to get balloons or roses. or is it? what else could i give to him (that is cute/cool) other than that? i'm asking him in front of my class.

my idea is:
we had to get into groups and make articles for a newspaper. my article is about asking a guy to prom and as my friend reads off the steps to do it, i will follow those directions. i.e. come into class with gift...and so on and so forth.

Doing it publicly certainly helps...A guy in my school asked a girl to prom on our closed circuit tv show so the whole school saw it. Im sure he'll be flattered, plus its even harder to turn someone down in public than to ask.

Youi have major guts if your standing up in front of the whole class to do it.And is a gift really appropriate?I thought the guy did that for the girl?Maybe I'm wrong....I dunno.Maybe get him some cologne or a wallet or something.Something that almost all men use!
