Go to the airport and buy them from the ticket counter. As long as you have the proper ID, you do not need a credit card.

Best bet is to go to the airport and purchase your ticket there. Some local travel agencies may accept cash as well

if you have the cash and travelers checks then you can go to the counter and purchase the tickets at any time, no problem.
you may have to show ID.
