I'm sure your parents can find something to do while you're out of the house. They probably won't mind you going to Karate twice a week. Ask them.

Talk to them , they are your parents you know.

Let them know how you feel about Martial Arts.

They may be happy that you actually confided in them about something instead of treating them like an alien or a disease.

They may be so happy that they would let you go.

But as already posted do do your best at school too. Make them proud of your studies as well as your Martial Arts.

Peace, and Much Respect

let them see you when you come home from training. let them see your lust for life and your energy from the experience.

if they cant be convinced that another night a week would be so appreciated by you, tell them that you need more hobbies to keep you off drugs, and even one more night a week at the dojo will definitely keep you from going out down town to hang with pimps.

Tell them it will get you out of the house more.
(and be careful of the daughter,
you KNOW what her daddy can do)

grow up and get a job and move out of the house. be self-sufficient.

Until then you are just going to have to listen to your parents.

If your homework and grades have suffered due to your martial arts, you don't have a prayer!

TELL THEM. TELL THEM HOW MUCH YOU LIKE IT AND TELL THEM THAT YOU WANT TO BE THE BEST YOU CAN BE.
