Don't fail! Graduating from High School is mandatory if you ever want a decent life in the military and otherwise.. No degree, no good job! It's that simple. If you join one of the US military services then you may have enough money to go to college which could be exceptionally important for a good career. I know that school can be tough for some but it is more important for your future than you may think. I know this from experience because I was only a so-so student who got through high school and later college.

You have to have at least a GED to join any branch of the military but in each branch they only take between 5 to 10 people with a GED a year, everyone else has to have a high school diploma

You need a high school diploma, or a GED to be considered if enlisting. However , if the draft is reinstated, they will take anyone.

Marines won't take you unless you have a diploma. Navy will take you if you get a GED.

No they don't take any body, you can get a waiver if you have a GED, but usually they only take high school graduates.
