Great lighting, professional blowdry, and silicone shine enhancing products.
A good blowdry is essential due to the cuticle structure. As a stylist, I've had a lot of training on how to do a blowdry that increases shine.

I have heard they get a silicone spray put on then they heat it and it makes their hair shiny.Other than having a stylist take care of their hair, they are payed to look good.You can too if you use a good shampoo and conditioner and dont over process your hair,chemicals will damage your hair

They make their hair look good cos they have the best hair stylists using the best products on their hair, they also have so many lights on them their hair will always look perfect, not fair i know but thats life

OJON! I read that it is the new product in Hollywood! It works so good and makes your hair super shiny. It has ojon nut oil in it. Best product I have ever used!

they whash it with shine shampoo like pantene pro-v and then they spray it with eny kind of spray with oils in it to make it reflect on the light that they shine on there hair
