you can drink out of a straw...that definently reduces the stains or you can brush about 30 min after drinking (which would be a hassle if you drink alot of it) as far as an alternative i dont think there are many choices that include caffeine unless you like redbull?? hope this helped:)

You might want to try some energy drinks.

Although, you could just brush your teeth with an anti-stain toothpaste to help prevent coffee/tea stains from forming on your teeth.

Mountain Dew is high in caffiene, but watch out for decay.

Crystal Light On-the-Go Energy has caffiene and no sugar.

At GNC stores they have a drink called "Redline" give that a shot to get ya going in the morning!
