I am african american i had my hair perm but it got damage, breaking and my fair is falling out. please any tips on what i could do at home?

I have heard that vitamin E makes your hair and nails healthy and strong. It may not effect how fast it grows but if you want it long, you will want it to be healthy and awesome.

Last year, I had my hair permed. It started falling out and damaging my hair. I was going crazy. When times when by, I started liking my hair because it was short and easy to wash.
But my hair got longer again. So, I suggest you don't worry about it, and just let it grow naturally.
