I don't know...I meen there's different IO tests so its kind of hard to tell.

When compared on the Raven SPM, normed on a population from the United Kingdon which averaged 100, the USA averaged an IQ of 98. The world average was 90. Hong Kong scored the highest at 107.

IQ is measured relatively. 100 is always the average.

I don't think it's a fair survey if most of the world is starving.I'm sure the last thing undernourished people need to do is take a useless test.
