That's kind of a strange question.
Not sure you can always tell if someone is trying to lie and seduce you, but you always have control over your own actions. If you know something is wrong, don't do it, no matter who's trying to persuade you to do it.
If you stick with your principles it won't matter if you run into liars and seducers.

Do they want money for nothing? Sex? Your enslavement? If the answer is yes to any of those, they are probably trying to seduce you.
