Is it healthy? refried beans and tortilla wraps? They are so filling and most of the time i just have a bean burrito with some sprinkle cheese- no meat, sour cream or dressings. Are burritos healthy without all these fixings?

I don't know if it's healthy or not but it sure does sound yummy!
For a healthier alternative, try black beans, and try no cheese or light cheese.

Oh it is okay.I love burritos too.
I would suggest vegetarian ones ( I eat Amy's all natural refried beans) and no cheese or sour cream. Beans are high in fibre and protein so they are pretty good. They also have alot of fat and calories though..so don't go eating like 20 at once (however tempting that might be) and you might think of useing whole wheat tortillas.
As long as you have a varied menu of healthy foods, I dont see why you cannot eat burritos. What would life be without burritos?..I coudn't even begin to imagine.

if you make them yourself they're probably 20 times healthier than take out. but you shouldnt eat them too much, it may cause you heartburn.
