Huh? What are you talking about? We have Freedom of Religion in all 50 states. It's in the First Amendment.
Or perhaps you mean Freedom FROM Religion?

They actually have one: Salt Lake City...
They actually let the Mormons practice their ritual temple chants and polygamist values there! (Yes, I know the 'LDS Church' doesn't practice polygamy, but several smaller 'Mormon' organizations do)
