He is a freshman, I am a junior. He is really hot and i have no clue whether he likes me or not since he is kinda shy. If i ask him out would he say yes? I am not hideous looking or fat.

No. God, when did women start asking guys out all the time. This is like the third question in a row asking if "I should ask him out". Guys are not THAT shy or whatever, if they want to go out with you, trust me, they will find the courage to ask. And if they don't, do you really want to be with a timid man who can't even manage the courage to ask you out? Ew.
